Make Templates in Yahoo Mail

Make a special folder in your Yahoo Mail account where you can access your custom templates for email messages you send regularly.

Select the New Folder button in the Folders list to create a new folder. Enter Templates in the folder name field and press Enter. Open a new message and type the desired text in the body of the email. Format it as desired. Alternatively, go to the Sent folder and find an email with the formatting or information you want to include in the template. Make changes, such as replacing names and dates with placeholder text. For instance, you might want to type Dear [NAME] to prompt yourself to enter a name when you use the template. Send the message to yourself. Open the message and select Move in the toolbar at the top of the email window. Choose the Templates folder you created to save the email as a template. When you want to use the template to compose a new message, go to the Templates folder and open the template message. Highlight and copy the text in the message body. Press Ctrl+C on Windows or Command+C in macOS to copy the highlighted text. Start a new message and paste the text from the template into the body of the new email. Press Ctrl+V on Windows or Command+V on a Mac to paste copied text. Edit the message. Change the name and other information that is specific to the recipient and the situation. Send the email to the appropriate recipients when you are finished.
